Clinic Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointments: All appointments are confirmed the day before via phone, SMS OR EMAIL.

Supplements/Medicines: We ask that you bring all supplements and/or pharmaceutical medicines that you are taking, to your 1st consultation. We need to ensure that what we prescribe does not interfere or interact negatively with your current medicines.

Cancellation Policy:
 If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice, as the office can then allocate this time to another valuable client. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a $70.00 cancellation fee. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Payment:  CASH, CHEQUE, EFTPOS. All accounts must be paid in full on day of your visit. Please advise us BEFORE your visit if you are experiencing financial difficulty.

Contacting Christine: If you need to contact Christine by email or phone regarding a question, opinion, feedback, blood test results etc, she is happy to respond. However, she cannot continue to do this as a free service due to it taking 1-2 hours most days to respond to everyone. From 1/11/14, these communications will be billed as a phone or email consultation - short/simple, up to 15 mins is charged at $45.00, long/complex up to 25 mins is charged at $55.00 (a usual face to face 30-40 min consultation in clinic is $75.00). If your query is in regard to a recent appointment with Christine, there is no charge. If you prefer, there is a free advisory number you can call where a Naturopath can discuss issues with you. It is a Blackmores service and the number is 1800 803 760.

Practitioner-only Products: We prescribe and stock a full dispensary of practitioner strength natural medicines. Potency is guaranteed by our suppliers, as all products have undergone extensive quality control and are manufactured to the standards set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Pick-up Box: A facility is available for patients to pick up prescriptions form the pick-up box located outside the front door. Please contact the office with your request, wait for someone to call confirming the order, then come and pick up between Mon-Sat (No pick-ups on Sun). 

Health Fund Rebates: All Health Funds rebate on Naturopathic Consultations, please check that your particular table covers this service.

Parking/Access: Ample, un-restricted parking is available on and off-site. There are only 2 steps at the front door, and no steps within the practice.
