TERMS & CONDITIONS
By becoming a HIOH Member, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership cancellations
As there are 4 naturopathic consultations included in the membership, monthly members can only cancel after the initial 12 month period has elapsed.
2. Memberships will be auto-renewed unless you cancel or contact Health in our Hands to cancel.
3. Keeping your membership as a rolling subscription means you will only ever pay the Foundation Membership price - it will never increase.
4. If a membership is cancelled for any reason or any length of time, it can be renewed. But this will be at the current rate not the Foundation Member rate.
5. The 4 naturopathic consultations are as two standard (up to 45min) and 2 short (15-20 min). They can be Telehealth or in person. If you need a blood test review or have questions about a product, protocol etc, this is counted as a ‘visit’. So perhaps save a few of these to go toward one visit.
6. This membership does not include unlimited email or phone contact with the Naturopath. If you have questions, concerns, feedback etc, these go toward one of the 4 consultations. Any additional needs you may have (over the 4 appointments) will be billed separately, as an in-clinic or telehealth consultation.
7. A 10% discount is applied to all Foundation members herbs and supplements etc while your membership is active. This discount only applies to the person with the membership, not a spouse or family member/friend.
8. Your naturopathic consultations are not transferable to another person.
9. The 4 consultations must be used (or forfeited) per 12 month membership - no visits can be rolled over to the following membership year.
