The signs of sugar cravings include:
🍭you crave sugar when you’re not hungry
🍭you crave sugar in connection to challenging or negative emotions
🍭you are a closet sugar eater (hide your behaviour from friends or family)
🍭you feel angry or upset about giving it up
🍭continue eating sugar despite negative consequences
🍭experiencing cycles of energy crashes and sugar highs
Why bother to address this anyway?
It’s really important to address this issue if you have:
Fatty Liver
Candida
Energy and brain fog issues
Diabetes
Excess weight
Poor dental health/oral microbiome
Insulin resistance
How to break sugar addiction:
Focus on eating 7-9 serves of fruit and vegetables 🥗 per day, high quality protein🍳, and high fibre 🫘foods to help stabilise your blood sugar
Don’t skip meals - though time restricted eating/intermittent fasting can help overcome the metabolic mess of over consumption of sugar and or insulin resistance
Plan and Prep - don’t bring home the white poison from the grocery store🙈
Make time to MOVE that booty - stress hormones play a big role in sugar cravings and exercise is a great stress manager🚶🏼♂️
Get enough good quality sleep 🛏️
Stay hydrated - thirst is sometimes mistaken for hunger💦
Keep a food diary - it really helps to highlight habits eg grabbing lollies from the jar at work, eating the kids leftovers etc
Of course supplements and herbal medicines such as magnesium, chromium, cinnamon, gymnema can help stabilise your levels and help reduce cravings✌🏽
If you have an overgrowth of Candida in your gut, SUGAR is the WORST offender - let me know if you would like a copy of the CANDIDA QUESTIONNAIRE emailed out to you

Keep in mind my consultation fees are quite reasonable (at least $50 - $100 less than the average Naturopath out there), and it’s not experience, because come JANUARY I have been in the game for 30 years 🥳
